We’re looking for a proactive System Administrator with 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Linux and Windows environments. You’ll be responsible for maintaining secure, stable, and high-performing infrastructure, supporting internal users and services, and helping improve monitoring, automation, and reliability.
ResponsibilitiesInstall, configure, and maintain Linux and Windows servers/workstations
Monitor system performance, availability, and logs; troubleshoot incidents and outages
Manage user accounts, permissions, and policies (AD / local users / groups)
Apply security best practices, updates, patching, and hardening
Support networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, VPN, firewall rules, VLAN basics)
Manage backups, restore procedures, and disaster recovery readiness
Maintain documentation (procedures, configurations, inventories)
Collaborate with developers/IT teams to support deployments and infrastructure improvements
2+ years of experience in system administration or IT infrastructure
Strong knowledge of Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS/RHEL) and Windows Server administration
Experience with common services: SSH, Nginx/Apache, IIS, file sharing, scheduled tasks/cron
Familiarity with virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V) or cloud basics is a plus
Good troubleshooting skills with a practical, service-minded attitude
Ability to work independently and communicate clearly with technical/non-technical teams
Scripting/automation: Bash, PowerShell
Monitoring tools (Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, Nagios, etc.)
Containerization: Docker (Kubernetes is a plus)
Basic security tools/knowledge (EDR, SIEM basics, vulnerability patch cycles)
