Position SummaryScopeLinux administration, virtualisation, server provisioning, patching, configuration management, storage management, infrastructure services, database platform support, middleware support, monitoring, documentation and operational support.
Job Duties / Key Accountabilities• Deploy and manage Linux virtual machines on VMware vSphere and Proxmox.
• Manage RHEL patching and subscription lifecycle using Red Hat Satellite.
• Administer DNS (BIND) and NTP (Chrony) services.
• Manage LVM, multipathing, iSCSI and Fibre Channel storage.
• Support Oracle and PostgreSQL database platforms.
• Install and support WebLogic, JBoss/WildFly and middleware platforms.
• Monitor performance, maintain documentation and participate in on-call support.
• Strong RHEL 7/8/9 administration experience.
• Ubuntu Server administration knowledge.
• VMware vSphere / ESXi experience.
• Kickstart and automated provisioning experience.
• Red Hat Satellite administration.
• LVM, multipathing, iSCSI and Fibre Channel knowledge.
