Manage insurance life-systems development and enhancement projects from feasibility through implementation, ensuring delivery within budget and schedule. Oversee risk mitigation, system strategy, production support, quality standards, vendor integration, and enterprise application development. Evaluate IT products, lead small teams, and support LifeAsia, Capsil, AS/400, middleware, and front-end system integrations.

Requirements
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent with at least 6-8 years relevant working experience within the insurance sector
- Solid experience in enterprise-scale application development & implementation
- Good understanding of Life Insurance products and workflow
- Skilled in Life Asia, Capsil, AS/400, middle ware connectivity like MQ and client-server technologies integrating with Front-End System
- Good knowledge in Opentext Exstream (Streamserve) and Opentext and IBM ECM is an advantage
- Sound knowledge in project management and essential with certification in project management such as PMP
- Passed the subjects of 280 and 290 of LOMA examination is preferrable
- A good team player and able to lead a small team
- Able to work under pressure
Skills Required
- University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 6–8 years of relevant experience in the insurance sector
- Enterprise-scale application development and implementation experience
- Understanding of life insurance products and workflows
- Experience with LifeAsia, Capsil, AS/400, MQ or similar middleware, client-server technologies, and front-end system integration
- Knowledge of OpenText Exstream, StreamServe, OpenText ECM, and IBM ECM
- Project management knowledge and PMP or equivalent certification
- Passed LOMA examination subjects 280 and 290
- Ability to lead a small team and work under pressure
