An international fintech company with offices around the world, are currently looking for a Senior System Administrator to join their team in Limassol.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Perform system monitoring to ensure optimal performance.
- Set up new accounts and manage active directory administration.
- Design new computer systems and monitor server performance.
- Run reports on system performance for both the team and the wider organization.
- Optimize existing processes and lead efforts for process improvement.
- Troubleshoot technical issues that arise within the system infrastructure.
- Ensure systems are secure by protecting against breaches and viruses.
- Plan and implement risk mitigation strategies.
- Communicate effectively with both technical and management teams.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar position as a System Administrator.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficient in analytical, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Experience with hardware from different vendors such as HP, Dell, and Supermicro.
- Hands-on experience with storage administration.
- Familiarity with Hyper-V, Vmware, Active Directory, Windows Server, and Windows Operating Systems.
