Peterson is seeking a talented Senior Systems Administrator.

Seeking an SA to provide support for the design, planning, implementation, troubleshooting and maintenance of Information Technology (IT) systems.
•    Provide support to IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network device, etc.
•    Provide Tier 2 problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems
•    Provide support for the escalation and communication of status to the customers management team and internal customers
•    Configures and manages Linux operating systems and installs/loads
•    Configures, manages, maintains and troubleshoots virtualization infrastructure
•    Create scripts for the management of system configurations, systems processes
•    Work with appropriate entities on the creation and sustainment of dataflows using COTS and GOTS solutions
•    Work with the System Owner, ISSO and DAO on the creation, modification and reaccreditation of applicable System Security Plans and accompanying documentation

Requirements:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required and 10 years of experience. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.

Salary range = $140,000 - $185,000, depending on experience.
