Job Responsibilities :We are seeking an experienced Senior AWS Systems Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS cloud services and a strong background in systems administration. This role involves managing and optimizing our AWS infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.
- Monitor system performance and ensure high availability.
- Configure and manage AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, and VPC.
- Implement security best practices, including access control and encryption.
- Automate deployments and infrastructure management using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues efficiently.
- Optimize AWS costs and resource utilization.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to support cloud-based applications.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience in AWS cloud administration.
- Strong knowledge of networking, security, and system architecture.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, etc.).
- Experience with automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation).
- Familiarity with monitoring tools like CloudWatch.
- Understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
- AWS certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified SysOps Administrator) are a plus.
