Key Responsibilities
This role for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) commands enterprise system operations, orchestrating comprehensive network infrastructure and implementing advanced automation tools for optimal performance and fault tolerance. Serves as the senior technical leader for ECWM system administration, ensuring optimal performance and availability for mission-critical DoD contracting operations with expertise in cloud-based Government systems and zero downtime enterprise-scale application management. Orchestrates comprehensive middleware administration, designing and maintaining enterprise solutions while ensuring seamless application deployment and database connectivity with rigorous quality control protocols. Specializes in middleware solutions supporting ECWM integration with DoD contracting systems, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability through Government enterprise middleware platforms with high-availability configurations for mission-critical applications.
Required Qualifications
At least 10 years of specialized experience. (Specialized experience is defined as progressive experience in the field of Information Processing, where the majority are specialized in numerous specialized Information Processing disciplines involving a range of hardware/software solutions, at least four years of which are concentrated, hand-on experience in installing, configuring, maintaining, and resolving issues with various software)
Five (5) years progressive experience administering Middleware solutions (e.g., JBoss Fusion Middleware)
At least three years hands-on experience and expertise in Application deployment, testing, tuning and security
Experience also shall include capability to work on various operating systems and additional programming languages
Has experience in at least two projects in a large organization responsible for administering, operating, maintaining, and securing a large-scale application
Education: Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) in a technical discipline required
