Job Responsibilities:

  • 负责参与需求及设计评审,制定集成测试计划,编写高质量的测试用例和测试脚本;

  • 负责执行集成测试,包括API接口、数据库及业务流程测试,及时提交并跟踪缺陷直至闭环;

  •  负责测试环境的部署与维护,使用工具(如Jenkins/Python)进行接口自动化及压力测试;

  • 负责编写清晰、标准的测试报告,对测试结果进行分析,评估上线风险;

  • 负责与开发、产品团队紧密协作,定位问题根因,推动项目按计划推进。

岗位要求

基础要求:

  • 全日制本科及以上学历(硕士优先),计算机/软件工程/电子/自动化/车辆工程专业;

  • 年以上汽车电子软件测试经验,其中至少3年专注软件架构级集成测试,有量产项目(CP或AP)的完整软件集成测试交付经历。

专业技能:

1.软件架构理解:

  • 熟悉AUTOSAR方法论:熟悉RTE/DDS通信机制;
  • 熟悉EA SW架构框架,理解其中时序图,状态机等。

2.测试方法论:

  • 精通接口测试(Interface Testing)、通信协议测试(Protocol Testing)、调度测试(Scheduling Testing)、资源竞争测试(Resource Contention Testing);
  • 熟悉等价类划分、边界值、错误猜测、组合测试等黑盒方法,以及基于架构的测试用例生成(Architecture-Based Test Generation)。

3.多平台能力:

  • CP平台:熟悉ETAS/Vector工具链生成的BSW/RTE代码结构,能够编写基于Debug工具接口或XCP接口的测试case;
  • AP平台:熟悉AP中间件(如DDS)的运行机制,能编写Linux/QNX环境下的集成测试程序;
  • 异构计算资源:理解A核(高性能AP应用)与R核(实时CP安全任务)的资源分配与交互,但不作为唯一测试维度。

4. 编程与脚本:

  • 精通 C/C++(用于测试桩/驱动器开发);
  • 精通 Python 或 CAPL(用于自动化测试编排与结果分析)。

5. 工具链:

  • 测试框架:CANoe / VectorCAST / GoogleTest;
  • 通信分析:CANoe(含CAN/ETH Option)、Wireshark;
  • 调试分析:Lauterbach / IC5700 / GDB / Gliwa;
  • 配置管理:Codebeamer/Windchill。

软技能

  • 架构视角:能从系统全局(而非单一模块)理解软件设计意图,具备“测试即设计验证”的思维;

  • 严谨性:对接口定义、数据类型、时序约束等细节高度敏感;

  • 沟通能力:能清晰地向软件架构师反馈架构缺陷,并提出可落地的测试建议。

加分项(优先考虑)

  • 功能安全:ISO 26262 ASIL-B 项目架构测试经验,熟悉FFI验证方法;

  • 分布式架构:有跨域(Radar/ADCU/Camera)通信集成的架构测试经验;

  • 模型驱动:能基于EA(Enterprise Architect)自动生成测试脚本;

  • 标准合规:熟悉ASPICE对架构集成测试的证据要求。

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, software engineering, electronics, automation, vehicle engineering, or a related field
  • Automotive electronics software testing experience
  • At least 3 years of architecture-level software integration testing experience
  • Complete software integration testing delivery experience on a mass-production CP or AP project
  • Understanding of AUTOSAR methodology, including RTE and DDS communication mechanisms
  • Experience with EA software architecture frameworks, timing diagrams, and state machines
  • Expertise in interface, protocol, scheduling, and resource contention testing
  • Knowledge of black-box testing methods and architecture-based test generation
  • CP platform experience with ETAS or Vector toolchains, BSW/RTE code structures, Debug tool interfaces, or XCP
  • AP platform experience with DDS middleware and integration test development in Linux or QNX
  • Understanding of A-core and R-core resource allocation and interaction
  • Proficiency in C or C++ for test stub and driver development
  • Proficiency in Python or CAPL for automated test orchestration and result analysis
  • Experience with CANoe, VectorCAST, or GoogleTest
  • Experience with CANoe CAN/ETH options and Wireshark
  • Experience with Lauterbach, IC5700, GDB, or Gliwa debugging and analysis tools
  • Experience with Codebeamer or Windchill configuration management
  • ISO 26262 ASIL-B architecture testing and FFI validation experience
  • Cross-domain communication architecture testing experience involving radar, ADCU, or camera systems
  • Ability to generate test scripts automatically from Enterprise Architect
  • Knowledge of ASPICE evidence requirements for architecture integration testing
