As a Senior Sustainability Project Manager, based in Lyngby, Denmark or Barcelona, Spain, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across various functions and geographies, focusing on:
- Supporting and spearheading projects that are linked to delivering on Hempel’s Sustainability ambitions
- Establishing cross-functional teams to deliver results on Sustainability impact programs
- Providing expert knowledge and direction on Sustainability trends in the industry
- Collecting, consolidating, analyzing and forecasting the results of the Sustainability impact programs, ensuring efficiency towards delivering on the overall goals and ambitions
What do you need to be successful in this role?
As a Senior Sustainability Project Manager, you'll be part of the group-level sustainability function, focusing on the successful delivery of Sustainability impact programs within the Future proof framework. This involves:
- Understanding of environmental and sustainability trends in the industry
- Strong academic foundation of data analysis and management
- Experience in running cross-functional projects
- High level presentation and interpersonal skills
