  • Lead the supply planning process for complex and critical products.
  • Develop and implement advanced supply chain strategies.
  • Optimize inventory levels to ensure proactive alignment with customer demand.
  • Oversee and mentor the supply planning team.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives in the supply chain operations.
Qualifications

YOU MUST HAVE

  • 5+ years of experience in Demand Planning, operations planning/scheduling, materials management or other Sales Inventory and Operations Planning related functional areas.
  • Proficiency with Demand or Supply Planning tools (e.g. RapidResponse, SAP APO module, Forecast Pro).

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Experience with SAP ERP systems.
  • Experience with Kinaxis/RapidResponse supply and inventory planning tools.
  • APICS, CPIM, CPSM, or CPE certification preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to efficiently multi-task, prioritize, and delegate.
  • Ability to collaborate with both internal and external customers.
