Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain Management
- Manage end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple group companies.
- Oversee procurement, order planning, shipment tracking, inventory control, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with international suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, freight forwarders, and clearing agents.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while controlling costs and avoiding delays.
- Develop and implement supply chain policies, procedures, and control systems.
International Transactions & Logistics
- Handle complex international trade transactions including imports, exports, re-exports, and cross-border shipments.
- Manage shipping documentation such as commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading, airway bills, and customs documents.
- Coordinate with banks and finance teams for LC, CAD, advance payments, guarantees, and other trade finance requirements.
- Ensure compliance with UAE and international trade regulations, customs requirements, sanctions checks, and documentation standards.
- Monitor shipping routes, freight costs, demurrage, port charges, insurance, and customs clearance timelines.
Multi-Company Coordination
- Manage supply chain activities for different companies under the group structure.
- Coordinate inter company transactions, stock transfers, and related documentation.
- Work closely with finance, sales, warehouse, legal, and management teams to ensure accurate reporting and compliance.
- Support group-level procurement planning and negotiate better commercial terms by consolidating purchasing requirements.
Supplier & Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable local and international suppliers.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and service agreements.
- Maintain strong supplier relationships and resolve disputes related to delays, quality, shortages, or documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure continuous improvement.
Inventory & Warehouse Control
- Monitor stock levels and ensure availability based on business requirements.
- Avoid overstocking, dead stock, and stock shortages.
- Implement inventory control procedures and periodic stock reconciliations.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams for receiving, dispatch, storage, and stock movement.
Reporting & Compliance
- Prepare regular supply chain reports for management, including shipment status, procurement pipeline, inventory position, cost analysis, and supplier performance.
- Maintain proper records for audit, customs, tax, and internal control purposes.
- Support management in budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization.
- Ensure all transactions are properly documented and aligned with company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or international trade.
- Strong experience managing supply chain operations for multiple companies or business units.
- Proven experience in handling complex international transactions, import/export documentation, and trade finance.
- Experience in industries such as pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, trading, distribution, or manufacturing will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of UAE customs, international shipping terms, Incoterms, LC documentation, and banking procedures.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems, inventory systems, and Microsoft Excel.

Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Finance, or related field
