RequirementsAbout the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Senior Supply Chain Coordinator to provide maternity leave coverage for one of our global client programs in the direct-to-consumer skincare space.
You’ll manage the daily flow of orders, shipments, purchase orders, and reporting, working across NetSuite, Amazon, QVC, suppliers, freight partners, and 3PL warehouse teams.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal ramp-up time.
What You’ll Do- Manage QVC and Amazon orders, shipments, routing, delivery appointments, and tracking.
- Create and process sales orders, work orders, transfer orders, and purchase orders.
- Manage supplier follow-ups, PO receiving, and billing.
- Maintain accurate records and resolve NetSuite and Celigo integration issues.
- Prepare daily sales and shipping reports covering open, back, hold, and shipped orders.
- Support promotional tracking and MPS (Master Production Schedule) updates.
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight partners, and 3PL warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered accurately and on time.
- 3+ years of experience in supply chain coordination, order management, logistics, or a related field.
- Strong working knowledge of NetSuite — essential.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central.
- Direct experience working with QVC or a comparable TV/home-shopping retail account, including routing and delivery appointment requirements is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and consistently meet daily deadlines.
- Experience with OTM (Oracle Transportation Management).
- Familiarity with Celigo.
- Experience booking freight through 3PL or brokerage platforms.
- Background in beauty, skincare, CPG, or another consumer goods category.
- Experience coordinating directly with 3PL warehouse teams.
- Accurate daily reporting.
- Orders and shipments processed and routed on time.
- Purchase orders managed accurately and promptly.
- Issues identified and resolved before impacting operations.
- Accurate, up-to-date NetSuite records.
- A clean handover at the end of the assignment.
