Job Summary

This Senior Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for monitoring and reporting of Supply Chain performance of the assigned customers. The position provides leading indicators of Spectrum Brands Supply Chain KPI's so the organization is aware of current performance. The position is also responsible for the vendor compliance program and reporting. The positions primary responsibility is to drive service level to meet the customers' expectations.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

  • Maintain On Time/ In Full Tracker & reporting, inclusive of fine risks
    • Also doing root cause analysis and pulling in appropriate teams to correct as needed
  • Maintain any/all other Supply Chain related Tracking & reporting, inclusive of fine risks
  • Update & Manage Weekly OS (Operations & Sales) Database for assigned Division(s)
  • Lead Weekly OS cross-functional Team meetings for assigned Division(s)
  • Primary daily Liaison of internal supply planners on assigned Division(s) w/customer team
  • Tactical Expert for all Customer Shipment On Time Routing & shipping
  • Daily Track & Report all Purchase Orders for Assigned Division(s)
  • Own Fill Rate Trackers for Assigned Divisions on customer team
  • Customer Team expert for specific SKU/variant transitions - timing, minimize obsoletes
  • Support Sales & Replenishment Objectives by participation in Decisions, Projects, ad hoc basis
  • Participate in internal Supply Chain projects that reduce total Supply Chain cost to the customer
  • Participate in the Forecasting process, including monitoring SKU level internal supply risk & provide that risk assessment to the Sales and Replenishment customer Team members
  • Monitor finished goods inventory and safety stock levels to limit the exposure to obsolete inventory
  • Team expert on EPA registrations to insure all SKU's are valid for Distribution on Customer Team
  • Report/Respond to all Return & Over/Short/Damage requests from customer, w/replenishment collaboration

Education and Experience Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in the field of customer service, supply chain, logistics, transportation, forecasting, sales analysis
  • Experience required in Excel, Windows, Access, Word, Co-Managed system and Retail Link or similar system, CPFR, SAP, internal Spectrum systems
  • Delighter would include working knowledge of Walmart's Retail Link, Luminate, NOVA and OTIF reporting

Required Skills

  • Must be able to work effectively with other functions including, but not limited to Inventory Planning, Traffic, Customer Service, Distribution, IS and Buying office.
  • Ability to query systems to identify sources of required data for metric purposes.

Work Environment

Working conditions are hybrid and expected to report out of Bentonville, AR office
