Your Role

  • 3+ years of progressive experience in Supplier Quality Engineering, Quality Management, or Manufacturing Engineering

  • Experience with manufacturing of electronics products

  • Proven experience in leading the APQP process end-to-end for complex, critical components and directly managing Production Partner quality relationships.

  • Expert, demonstrable application of all core quality tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA) at a strategic level (defining the tools, not just using them)

  • Strong ability to drive, influence, and negotiate resource allocation and systemic process changes across internal functions (R&D, Sourcing) and external production partner organizations to ensure quality compliance.

  • Demonstrated willingness and ability to act as the final authority on critical quality issues, accepting full ownership of systemic failures and complex change management processes
