The Boeing Company is seeking Senior Supplier Program Manager, working out of the Everett, Washington office.
This position will report to the Vice President of BCA Propulsion leading category-level deliverables associated with product development, strategic sourcing, and make/buy deliverables. The position will work across multiple organizations to develop and execute integrated organizational plans, the development of business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.
Position Responsibilities:
  • Manages employees and mid-level managers performing activities related to supplier program management throughout all contract phases.
  • Develops and executes integrated organizational plans, policies and procedures and guides the development of business and technical strategies, goals and objectives.
  • Acquires resources for organizational activities, provides technical management of suppliers and leads process improvements.
  • Develops and maintains relationships and partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers, partners and direct reports.
  • Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products and processes.
  • Manages, develops and motivates employees and mid-level managers.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 10+ years of experience in supporting Operations, Materials Management and/or Supply Chain functions in a production environment
  • 5+ years of experience in managing and leading teams, as well as influencing within matrixed organizations
  • 5+ years of experience leading or managing projects, teams, vendors in a factory/manufacturing environment
  • Able and willing to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Education/Experience):
  • Experience in aerospace or manufacturing industry
  • Experience demonstrating exceptional business, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience leading or managing process improvement projects
  • Bachelor's Degree or higher

Summary pay range - $191,000-$258,000
