The Role

Become a Part of the NIKE, Inc. Team

NIKE, Inc. does more than outfit the world's best athletes. It is a place to explore potential, obliterate boundaries and push out the edges of what can be. The company looks for people who can grow, think, dream and create. Its culture thrives by embracing diversity and rewarding imagination. The brand seeks achievers, leaders and visionaries. At Nike, it’s about each person bringing skills and passion to a challenging and constantly evolving game.

WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH

Within the Marketplace Supply Chain, you will be part of the Canada team and lead a team of Supply Chain/ order management Specialists.

You will partner and liaise with the account leadership (external), account-facing cross-functional team, planning, finance, transportation and distribution centre teams.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR

As Senior Supervisor, Supply Chain and order management, you will provide business and team leadership towards fulfillment of orders to our accounts, in close partnership with our Nike Marketplace Partners and Distribution Centre teams. This teammate will possess a strong command of the end-to-end supply chain, from pre-season to delivery, maintaining a customer centric mindset in order to meet organizational targets at scale. You will possess strong order management, strategic and analytical skills.

As the senior owner of order execution, you will lead a high‑performing team, align cross‑functional stakeholders, and proactively manage customer commitments, risk, and service outcomes. In partnership with the Senior Manager of Marketplace Supply Chain, you will lead the development and execution of the supply chain strategy for your line of business, including but not limited to seasonal readiness, on-time delivery and in season operational excellence. You will set the direction for order management operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and leverage systems, data, and best practices to enhance scalability and efficiency. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketplace Supply Chain, this role is instrumental in supporting business relations, operational performance, and sustainable business growth.

You will need to be able to bring a mature leadership style to lead and develop your team, foster effective teamwork, and ensure clarity and accountability to the Canada team.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

  • Provide strategic leadership and end‑to‑end oversight of the order fulfillment process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistent delivery against service commitments. Establish and uphold clear performance standards across the full order lifecycle.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the order management team to drive accountability, engagement, and continuous improvement, while building bench strength to support future business growth.
  • Act as a senior point of accountability for client delivery performance by proactively managing customer expectations, mitigate risk, and ensure alignment across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Logistics, Operations, and cross functional teams to drive seamless execution, resolve dependencies, and ensure consistent delivery outcomes.
  • Lead resolution of complex or escalated order issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions to minimize recurrence and protect customer relationships.
  • Identify operational gaps, inefficiencies, and systemic risks and lead order book management process optimization initiatives that improve accuracy, cycle time, scalability, and overall supply chain performance.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators related to order accuracy, fulfillment timelines, service levels, and team effectiveness. Provide insights and recommendations to the Senior Manager.
  • Support the rollout of new processes, analytical tools, and solutions — including delivering training and driving adoption across teams.
  • Partner cross‑functionally to execute product launches, manage the orderbook, deliver seasonal activities, and advance key initiatives.
  • Drive alignment on shipment and flow plans, ensuring accuracy, capacity alignment, and connection to financial targets.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, including the MSC Senior Manager, to align on partner strategies and execute plans that achieve business goals.

WHAT YOU BRING

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in order management and supply chain leadership, with accountability for team performance and operational outcomes.
  • People leader with the ability to inspire, develop, and retain high‑performing teams.
  • Strong strategic and analytical capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with credibility at both client and senior internal levels.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • Experience, interest, and ability to work in a fast paced, ambiguous environment
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP (or similar)

The annual base compensation for this position generally ranges from $79,200 - $129,200 CAD/annually.  Actual compensation will vary based on a candidate’s qualifications, skills, and experience.
