About the role

Step into a role where you’re at the heart of the store, shaping the customer experience and supporting team success every day. As a Senior Supervisor, you’ll partner closely with the leadership team to bring our store to life - making sure it’s safe, well-stocked and ready for customers. This is a full time role and you need to have flexibility to work morning, day and evening shifts across the 7 days of the week is required so that we can provide the best experience to our customers.

What’s involved

This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll contribute across all parts of store operations. You’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Lead from the front, creating a welcoming, safe and well-presented store environment that sets the tone for a great customer experience
  • Support day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing, and stepping into site leadership when required
  • Coach and guide team members on the shop floor, helping them deliver knowledgeable and helpful service
  • Keep the store running smoothly through effective workforce planning, stock flow and replenishment
  • Drive a strong safety culture by promoting safe practices and supporting team wellbeing
  • Resolve customer queries in a practical, helpful way that builds trust and loyalty
  • Look for better ways of working, improving efficiency and supporting the rollout of new tools or processes
  • Play a key role in onboarding and developing team members, supporting their growth and confidence on the job
About You
