Senior Studio Artist

Your Role:

As a Senior Studio Artist, you'll collaborate with Creative Directors, Art Directors, UX Designers, Account and Project Managers to create both print and digital files. Working closely with teams across the Inizio Evoke platform, you'll contribute to the creative and production process by providing creative ideas, technical recommendations, and actionable solutions. You'll balance teamwork and independent work, approaching project edits with a thoughtful mindset to ensure compliance with brand guidelines and established processes. This is a remote role that will report to the VP, Group Studio Director.

Senior Studio Artist Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for Studio support on designated set of brands, acting as a liaison between the Studio and Creative teams.

• Assess workload and communicate resource needs with Studio and Project Management.

• Provide overflow support to Creative team as needed.

• Employ technical and creative skills to create accurate layouts, assets, formatting, utilizing tools across the Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office suite.

• Collaborate with internal teams (Account Managers, Project Managers, Creatives) to implement client edits to existing files and ensure correct file setup.

• Build and prepare production-ready files for print and digital purposes, including proper sizing, color correction, interactivity, and formatting.

• Maintain organized file management, adhering to naming conventions and backup procedures within existing structures.

• Work in a team environment, communicating clearly with cross-functional departments.

• Stay updated with the latest creative industry trends and seek continuous learning opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience: 5+ years of layout production experience, in both print and digital design production.

• Portfolio: Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in production design across print and digital media, demonstrating good design experience and brand adherence.

• Software Proficiency: Expert-level skills in Mac-based Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat), with experience in Figma and Sketch. Proficient in PowerPoint; able to build templates and format slides.

• Technical Knowledge: Advanced understanding of print processes, production methods, and digital file handoff, ensuring industry/client standard compliance.

• Attention to Detail: Committed to high-quality work, with strong design skills and image compositing/retouching abilities.

• Project Management: Adept at prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines, with excellent problem-solving skills.

• Teamwork & Adaptability: Strong team player with solid communication skills, work ethic and self-motivation; quick to learn new software and techniques. Willing to work extended hours when needed.

• Asset Management: Familiar with asset management best practices and systems (Workfront, Box).
