It requires at least three years of digital media planning experience, mentoring experience, DSP or multi-platform expertise, strong knowledge of media infrastructure, and client-facing presentation skills.

Apply and optimize planning for non-standard, experimental, or emerging tactics
Drive cross-functional initiatives within the planning function

Deliver executive-level presentations to clients and leadership

Experience & Skills:

3+ years in digital media planning
1–2 years of experience in mentoring or team support
Direct DSP interface experience or advanced expertise across 2+ ad platforms
Deep understanding of media infrastructure and planning systems
Experience in client-facing pitches and strategic presentations (preferred)
English proficiency: B2–C2; ability to communicate and express point in verbal and written English easily
