The position
As our Senior Strategy Partner, you will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives and projects that develop and improve the way we work in SoOp and collaboration with our stakeholders across Novo Nordisk. You will report to the Head of Business Support and work closely with the Corporate Vice President of SoOp. You will be an integrated part of the SoOp management team.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Driving strategic analyses of key business opportunities and challenges.
- Leading strategic projects and initiatives across the area.
- Driving the strategy development and deployment process for the area.
- Act as trusted sparring partner on various topics to Corporate Vice President of SoOp
- Becoming a member of the management team and working closely with global stakeholders across both Sourcing Operations and Novo Nordisk.
- Bringing innovative ideas, surfacing opportunities, and providing recommendations based on business insights.

Qualifications
To be considered for this position, we imagine you have:
- Master's degree within a relevant field.
- 8+ years' experience within Business Development, strategy, Project Management, Executive Support or consulting.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills followed up by the ability to thrive in a challenging environment.
- Proficiency in delivering presentations to senior management.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
As a person, you build strong relations with stakeholders at all levels, both cross-functionally and internationally, thanks to your professional and open approach. You possess excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate strategic and complex topics in a structured way to different stakeholders, such as senior management. You are motivated by identifying business opportunities, creating high-class solutions, and challenging the status quo. You have the confidence and ability to set direction and constructively challenge at all levels of the organization. You have a sharp eye for detail and a structured approach to solving business challenges. Furthermore, you are flexible and thrive when working in a fast-paced environment, managing several tasks at the same time.
About the department
Sourcing Operations has the overall operational responsibility for the inbound supply chain of Novo Nordisk and consists of approximately 550 employees. The role will primarily be based in Bagsværd, but all functions in SoOp, that are currently based in Bagsværd, will move to Taastrup by the end of 2024.
