The Position
As a Strategy Partner, you will be instrumental in co-creating category strategies for external supply. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to craft comprehensive strategies that secure our supply chain and maintain our competitive advantage. Your ability to translate organizational goals into actionable roadmaps will guide the future direction of our external supply.
Your key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating the transition from problem identification through analysis to solution by identifying key challenges within a category and formulating meaningful scenarios
  • Developing and articulating e ngaging strategic narratives that align with organizational goals, securing senior management buy-in and fostering long-term commitment
  • Supporting the establishment of the Category Strategy CoE by designing and implementing a robust strategic framework to ensure its long-term success


Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should have:

  • A master's degree in business administration, economics, supply chain, finance, or a related field
  • Proven 3-5-year experience in strategy consulting, with a track record of driving strategic initiatives in a corporate or consultancy setting
  • Strong analytical skills and business acumen, with the ability to identify key issues, develop solutions, and build consensus among diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English


Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industries would be considered as a strong advantage.
On a personal level, you are driven and motivated, capable of challenging viewpoints with confidence and earning the respect of your colleagues. You excel at breaking down complex problems into actionable steps, ensuring strategic plans are practical and achievable. Your exceptional stakeholder management skills enable you to set direction, drive change, and inspire collaboration at all levels.

Join our newly established Category Strategy CoE within Global Strategic Outsourcing & Devices. Our team of 25 dynamic and committed professionals connects Product Supply's needs with the global supplier market. You will work alongside experts in strategy, sourcing, and negotiation, in an environment that values open communication, positivity, and continuous learning.
