About the role
You’ll work on the most critical and strategic issues in the business. The problems you will solve traverse the domains of customer engagement and go-to-market, partnerships and deal-making, product proposition and product design, financial economics to corporate strategy, and business operations.
Strategy & Proposition Development
- Assist in / lead the proposition development and commercial strategy of the deposit (CASA and related features), investment, and insurance businesses; refine existing offers and shape new ones with product, design, data and marketing; align pricing/benefits, CX and engagement mechanics to drive acquisition, balances growth and retention;
- Assist in / lead the management of end-to-end life cycle of assigned products and its distribution channels, such as ideation, design, and management of its features, together with the timely implementation of strategic and tactical initiatives to drive value creation;
- Together with other stakeholders and businesses, research and monitor product and customer trends to inform the ideation and prioritization of new products and features across deposits, investment, and insurance
- Together with Strategy and other stakeholders, assist in the development the business rationale (e.g., value proposition, opportunity sizing) for the new product initiatives, to inform product prioritization;
- Assist the Senior Strategy Manager in the lifecycle management (from strategy formulation to execution) of a key customer segment, from acquisition to retention.
Partnerships & Regulatory Engagements
- Assist in / lead the identification, development, and management of strategic partnerships with technology platforms or distribution channels for deposit, investment, and insurance products.
- Lead the coordination with internal teams (product and technology, data analytics, marketing, customer experience, operations, and governance) to deliver products and features with a distinctive customer experience;
- Work with regulators to ensure alignment and compliance to applicable regulations for deposit, investment, and insurance products
Operations & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate the “run” of the products and relevant channels in areas such as the operations, customer servicing and marketing;
- Together with the sales, marketing, data analytics, and design teams, assist in the formulation and tactical execution of the products’ go-to-market strategies across segments and channels;
- Together with stakeholders from regulatory functions, assist in the documentation and fulfillment of administrative requirements related to the implementation of proposition initiatives;
- Evaluate and monitor the effectiveness of proposition initiatives, identify the key drivers for success or failure, and recommend improvements when necessary; and
- Assist in managing / own the management of P&L and OKRs related to deposits, investments, and insurance.

Who you are
- Passionate about wealth, wealth protection, and in pushing the limits of existing regulations – you care about helping customers build and protect their money, and you are energized by investments and insurance
- 4 to 8+ years in strategy, venture building, banking / fintech / wealth / insurance, and/or P&L management; top-tier consulting experience is a plus
- Track record in shaping a business / brand / product, synthesizing insights, crafting value propositions, and steering go-to-market
- Strong commercial and analytical toolkit (cohort analysis, funnel analysis, unit economics); proficiency in spreadsheets, financial modelling, and presentation; comfortable with data tools and AI applications
- Clear, concise communicator who can influence cross-functionally and with external partners.
