Job Summary

The Senior Strategy Associate plays a critical role in shaping the company’s most key initiatives, firm-wide and Board communications, and executive-level planning. This highly visible role offers direct exposure to senior leaders and the Board, creating the opportunity for future growth and leadership within the company.

Key Responsibilities

Content & Communications Leadership

  • Co-own the creation and quality of Board materials, partnering closely with the Leadership Team.

  • Lead the planning, materials, and delivery of quarterly All-Company Town Halls.

  • Support the topics covered in all company communications in close partnership with HR.

  • Own the preparation, agenda-setting, and goal alignment for quarterly Leadership Team offsites.

  • Drive weekly Leadership Team meetings: develop the agenda and ensure productive, focused discussions.

Strategic & Planning Initiatives

  • Partner with the Leadership Team on long-term growth planning and special strategic projects.

  • Co-lead the annual strategic planning process in close collaboration with Finance and department leads.

This is a highly visible role that is uniquely positioned to move into a role as a leader.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s in Business, Operations, Economics, or a related field

  • At least 3 years of experience in a management consulting, corporate strategy, or investing role

  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex, incomplete information into clear, compelling narratives

  • Self-starter with a proven ability to thrive in ambiguity

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience developing executive-level content

  • Highly organized and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Extremely comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset

Preferred:

  • Experience supporting executive leadership in a high-growth company

  • Exposure to investor relations or board communications
