What you’ll do
- Lead strategic projects for clients, from research and analysis through to presentation of creative and impactful deliverables, developing and championing brand strategies that drive business growth.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (creative, client management, brand performance) to develop innovative solutions that address client business challenges.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to new business pitches and proposals.
- Manage key client relationships and proactively identify opportunities for growth.
- Leverage AI and other innovative tools to enhance strategic thinking and drive efficiency.
What you’ll need
- Solid experience in research design, execution, and analysis, with a strong understanding of brand strategy.
- A passion for branding, marketing, design, and innovation, and a deep understanding of current industry trends.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with brand valuation tools (e.g., BrandAsset Valuator) is preferred.
- A proactive, results-oriented approach to work, with a strong desire to learn and grow.
