The Opportunity
Response Labs is looking for a digital-savvy Senior Strategist, CRM & Loyalty, to help grow our Strategy and Data department. We are building a team of talented strategists and data analysts with a passion for improving the customer/brand relationship. This role will work hand-in-hand with analysts, solution architects, developers, creative, client service and media team members to help produce, test and report upon complex cross-platform digital CRM & loyalty marketing initiatives for our Clients, as well as dive deep into our Clients' data to find hidden patterns, personas and segments.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic owner and strategic driver of all digital CRM & loyalty marketing initiatives for your accounts
- Drive analysis and insight on existing campaigns and projects, constantly looking for optimization opportunities for increased performance
- Deliver excellent campaign strategies and implement adjustments as needed
- Bring innovative ideas to the Client campaign strategies
- Analytical thinking and insight into campaign impact and effectiveness to deliver Client KPIs
- Research to gain in-depth knowledge of Client brands, audiences, and outcomes
- Ensure that testing best practices are implemented for campaigns
Requirements

- 8+ years of experience deeply immersed in the world of CRM and loyalty marketing for enterprise-level brands and organizations—agency experience is required.
- Extensive experience developing omnichannel, go-to-market strategies for CRM and loyalty marketing programs, campaigns, and pilots.
- Extensive experience in digital channels for marketing required: email, SMS, push, web, paid media, social, etc.
- Extensive experience in marketing technology platforms, such as: such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Tableau, Braze, Attentive, MailChimp, Klaviyo, Punchh, Thanx, Paytronix, Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads, The Trade Desk—we work within these and more for our clients.
- Extensive experience testing (e.g., split, multi-variate, A/B, etc), plus writing and executing statistically significant tests.
- Experience developing and utilizing targeting models (e.g., predictive, regressive, cross-sell, look-alike, etc) for CRM and loyalty marketing.
- Firm grasp of current and emerging digital CRM & loyalty marketing trends, insights, and tools—past speaking or presentation experience at conferences is a plus.
- The best written and verbal communication skills with an ability to provide Client-ready reports, charts, and presentation decks.
