About us

Satispay began by rethinking the simple act of a payment to remove the friction from our daily routines. But we didn't stop there. Today, we are building a complete financial platform designed to empower people and concretely improve their lives.

By giving our 6 million users a clear, open path to pay, save, and invest, we are evolving into the definitive destination for every financial need.

What you'll be doing

As our Senior Strategic Projects Manager, you’ll be the person who manages the most complex, ambiguous, and high-impact/high-risk strategic projects and programs for the company. Here's what your day-to-day will look like:

  • Project management leadership and initiative delivery - Leading large-scale projects or transformational initiatives with high uncertainty and major initiatives that require extra effort and delivering exceptional results.

  • Solve complex business challenges - Tackling intricate business problems by developing innovative, data-backed solutions with a consistent user-first approach.

  • Stakeholder management and strategic partnership - Managing relationships with C-level stakeholders and acting as a thought partner for leadership on specific strategic areas.

  • Strategic influence - Influencing major decisions through in-depth analysis and proven insights, integrating diverse perspectives into coherent strategies.

  • Champion methodology and best practices - Developing and introducing new methodologies, best practices, or frameworks within the team or company ensuring a consistent user-first approach.

  • Team support and mentoring - Providing support for other team members (even without direct hierarchical responsibility).

  • Culture building - Influencing broader team or departmental strategies to foster a high-performance culture, raising performance standards, and balancing swift action with thoughtful planning.

  • Resource optimization - Playing a strategic role in managing resources at the organizational level, designing systems and processes that optimize the use of time, money and talent across the company.

Who we're looking for

We need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If you're curious and ready for real ownership, you'll fit in! Does this sound like you?

  • Professional background - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, or a related field, combined with 5–8 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, or high-growth tech environments, with a strong track record in product and technology-led initiatives and effective partnership with Product and Engineering leadership.

  • Large-scale projects leadership - Extensive experience owning large-scale, cross-functional projects with high uncertainty, setting governance and operating cadence, driving accountability across teams, managing critical path and systemic risks, and being accountable for outcomes and delivery impact.

  • Strategic judgment in ambiguity - Proven ability to independently frame ambiguous, high-stakes problems, define strategic narratives and decision criteria, pressure-test options and second-order effects, and drive executive-level trade-offs that translate into measurable business outcomes.

  • Executive influence and alignment - Outstanding ability to influence C-level stakeholders through crisp executive storytelling and decision-ready outputs, shaping alignment in contentious contexts, handling pushback constructively, and steering discussions toward clear decisions and commitments.

  • Transformation expertise - Demonstrated depth in one or more strategic domains or transformation types, leveraging best practices to anticipate pitfalls, define scalable approaches, and guide teams through execution and change-management implications.
