This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in trading, investing, or brokerage operations, and a solid understanding of how financial products attract and convert retail users. You will own partnership opportunities, negotiate terms, manage partner relationships, and coordinate across internal teams to drive impactful campaigns and business growth.
We are open to candidates who may have less traditional BD or acquisition experience, as long as they bring strong trading knowledge and a genuine understanding of retail investor behavior, financial markets, and brokerage products. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute B2B2C partnership strategies aligned with moomoo’s marketing and business objectives, with a focus on reducing CAC and improving acquisition efficiency.
- Identify, target, and build relationships with potential partners, including financial institutions, communities, fintech platforms, media, affiliates, and other relevant organizations.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements to maximize value, drive revenue growth, and lower acquisition costs.
- Create and implement cross-promotion strategies with partners to expand reach and improve marketing efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, compliance, brokerage, legal, integrated marketing, brand & content, and clearing, to ensure successful execution of partnership initiatives.
- Manage and grow existing partner relationships, identify opportunities for expansion, and optimize performance against CAC reduction goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform partnership strategy.
- Develop and track KPIs to measure partnership success, including CAC, conversion rate, ARPU, CPFA, LTV, and ROAS.
- Prepare and present regular performance updates, growth opportunities, and strategic recommendations to senior management.
- Support cross-functional projects that drive partnership integration, campaign execution, and business impact.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or related commercial roles; candidates with stronger trading backgrounds and less BD experience will also be considered.
- Strong understanding of trading, investing, brokerage products, or retail financial markets.
- Experience in fintech, brokerage, or other financial services environments is preferred.
- Proven ability to build relationships, communicate effectively, and influence stakeholders at different levels.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends, customer behavior, and business metrics to support strategic decisions.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing, partnership programs, and performance-based acquisition models is a plus.
- Experience supporting sports events, especially baseball, or high-impact marketing campaigns is a strong plus.
- Knowledge of financial products, services, and brokerage regulations is preferred.
- Comfortable working with data and performance metrics such as CAC, ARPU, CPFA, LTV, and ROAS.
*Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
