You will partner closely with marketing, digital product, sales, and data teams to connect engagement signals (e.g., campaign interactions, journeys, channel performance) to key financial services metrics such as assets under management (AUM), net flows/cash flow, product adoption, holdings composition, and wallet share. In this role, you will integrate internal data with external market and platform data (e.g., holdings, weights, flows, and competitive landscape datasets) to uncover opportunities, quantify impact, and influence decisions. You will be expected to work independently, own stakeholder relationships, and proactively recommend strategies and measurement approaches based on rigorous analysis.
