We are seeking a highly experienced and culturally attuned Senior Stakeholder Interface Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing stakeholder relationships, securing permits, and ensuring seamless coordination with authorities and the community. This role is integral to the success of the project and requires a deep understanding of the local regulatory environment and cultural context.
Your role- Lead and manage all stakeholder engagement activities, including coordination with government authorities, community representatives, and other key stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary liaison for permit acquisition, access approvals, and regulatory compliance.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication between the project team and external stakeholders.
- Ensure timely resolution of stakeholder issues and concerns to avoid project delays.
- Support the Package Team in aligning project activities with stakeholder expectations and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of stakeholder interactions, commitments, and approvals.
- Represent the project in public forums, community meetings, and authority briefings as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Knowledge of the policies and procedure in Abu Dhabi.
- Experience in residential, hospitality or mixed use projects.
- Bachelors in Engineering or related field.
