Position Summary
The Supply Chain Enterprise Architect is a senior Techno-Functional contributor within the Supply Chain IT organization, responsible for the design, enhancement, and support of mission‑critical Order Promising and Supply Chain Planning solutions. This role will have a strong focus on Blue Yonder (formerly JDA) technologies and their integration with SAP S/4HANA and downstream enterprise systems, supporting ADI’s global manufacturing and supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as a core Techno-Functional Architect for Blue Yonder solutions, including Order Promising, ESP / SCP engines, and related applications within the Blue Yonder ecosystem.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to support, sustain, enhance, and upgrade existing Order Promising and Blue Yonder Supply Chain Planning solutions.
- Design and implement robust, scalable integrations across Order Promising platforms, SAP S/4HANA, and downstream enterprise systems.
- Design and develop demand management and order prioritization capabilities leveraging data sourced from SAP S/4HANA.
- Translate business requirements into clear solution design and provide detailed implementation guidance to offshore and distributed development teams.
- Lead and coordinate system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) activities in collaboration with business partners.
- Provide technical and functional leadership within the Supply Chain IT team and across the broader IT organization.
- Coach and mentor junior developers, providing guidance on solution design, technologies, and supply chain business processes.
- Contribute to cross‑functional initiatives spanning SAP, Order Management, Scheduling, Supply Chain Planning, Reporting, and Finance.
- Independently manage multiple initiatives with competing priorities and aggressive delivery timelines.
- Apply and adapt development methodologies—including Agile, Iterative, Waterfall, and Test‑Driven Development (TDD)—based on project needs.
- Collaborate with third‑party vendors and contractors to deliver major programs and enhancements.
- Work with the offshore development team on key deliverables
- Develop user stories and acceptance criteria and work closely with cross‑functional technical teams to ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
Experience & Skills
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Information Technology roles.
- Atleast 10 years of hands‑on experience with Blue Yonder Order Promising and ESP / SCP solutions.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing, implementing, and optimizing end‑to‑end Order Promising solutions.
- Strong knowledge of the Blue Yonder application landscape, including configuration, customization, and integration.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL.
- Experience designing and implementing demand management and order prioritization strategies.
- Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and/or Azure.
- Proven experience integrating SAP (preferably SAP S/4HANA) with Blue Yonder solutions.
- Experience supporting complex manufacturing supply chains; semiconductor industry experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to clearly articulate complex interactions among people, processes, and technology.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong organizational skills with demonstrated success working in Agile environments and adapting to changing priorities.
