About the Role:

Materials and process development are an integral part of Kepler. In this role as Staff Process Integration Engineer, you'll develop the most efficient means for process transfers to manufacturing fabs and process development therein, enabling rapid deployment of Kepler’s technologies to next gen computing systems. You will play a leading role in developing and overseeing integration processes and wafer operations within our R&D lines, driving the development of next-generation technology devices. This is a fully on-site role where you will collaborate closely with internal teams including device, module groups and equipment groups to expand and advance our integration capabilities.

Responsibilities:
  • Leading and overseeing all integration and wafer operations within R&D lines, ensuring efficient and high-quality execution.

  • Developing new integration processes for future technology devices, driving innovation at the cutting edge of semiconductor R&D.

  • Managing the expansion of the integration line in close collaboration with facility and equipment teams.

  • Planning and executing process integration experiments while coordinating schedules and resources across internal teams.

  • Working independently and cross-functionally to ensure successful development and deployment of Kepler's technologies.

  • Providing technical leadership and strategic direction on process integration challenges within the R&D environment.

Requirements:
  • Ph.D. in Applied Science or Engineering (Materials Science, Materials Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Physical Chemistry, Applied Mechanics, Physics, Applied Physics, Solid State Physics, Microelectronic Engineering, Nanotechnology or related subject).

  • Minimum 3–5 years of semiconductor industry experience, with a strong focus on process integration in R&D or manufacturing environments.

  • Hands-on experience managing or expanding R&D integration lines, including coordination with facility and equipment teams.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical mindset.
