- Investigate and implement cutting-edge AI methodologies to enhance developers' productivity, such as using AI to refactor code, write unit tests, or conduct high-quality code reviews.
- Research and prototype Agentic workflows or similar frameworks to coordinate multiple AI agents in addressing complex problems.
- Work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI integration and innovation.
- Offer insights and recommendations to existing AI agents and applications.
- Shape the long-term vision for AI applications and technological advancements.
- Mentor other engineers to adopt and effectively use AI technology.
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering roles
- Entensive experience in training and fine-tuning large language models for generative AI applications
- Proficiency in Python and relevant AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI model deployment
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey technical concepts and processes.
