Key Objectives
As a Senior SQL Server Consultant, you will:

Design and implement data solutions using SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and Azure SQL
-
Architect solutions with Microsoft’s latest tools, including Fabric, Data Factory, Databricks, Synapse, and OneLake
-
Lead complex projects, ensuring successful delivery aligned with client objectives
-
Provide expert support for database administration and optimization tasks
-
Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and deliver seamless solutions
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering guidance and exceptional support
Core Competencies
To excel in this role, you bring:

A deep understanding of SQL Server architecture and development practices

A deep understanding and practical implementation experience with Microsoft Fabric
-
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver solutions under tight deadlines

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills to foster trust with clients

A proactive, “whatever it takes” attitude focused on delivering excellence
Education and ExperienceRequired:
-
15+ years of SQL Server DBA and development experience
-
Hands-on expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, SSRS, and Azure SQL
-
Experience designing solutions using modern tools like Data Factory, Synapse, and Databricks
-
Proven ability to manage and deliver complex projects
Preferred:
-
Familiarity with Power BI (including Power Query and DAX) and other cloud platforms like Snowflake, Redshift, or BigQuery

Knowledge of NoSQL databases and Oracle environments
-
Current Microsoft certifications such as DP-300 and DP-600
-
4-year degree
Physical Requirements
This is a remote position requiring prolonged periods of sitting and working at a desk. You should have a suitable home office environment with reliable internet connectivity to facilitate virtual collaboration and communication.
