IDEALFORCE has a CONTRACT position available immediately for Sr SSIS/SQL Developer to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Only LOCAL CANDIDATES are considered. Please find below additional details about this job. 

Job Description

-Work with developers and business users to prepare or refine requirements for data system components and implement robust, maintainable solutions that meet requirements.

-Participate in reviews and quality assurance processes to ensure that the procedures are enforced with team members.  

-Create SSIS projects and packages to perform ETL related tasks and prepare SSIS projects for deployment.  

-Write documentation of designs, structures and processes for internal use.  

-Develop and enhance stored procedures.  

-Optimize or tune performance of T-SQL queries.  

-Write ad-hoc SQL queries and scripts to support various job functions and requests for reports.  

-Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical database models.  

-Design and develop meaningful business reports (BI) using SSRS of Business Objects.  

-Create and support SQL Agent jobs. Occasionally troubleshoot and repair SQL Agent job issues. 

Qualifications

Technology Requirements

-3yrs advanced experience with SSIS/BIDS 

-3-5yrs advanced experience with MS SQL Server 2008-1014

-3yrs intermediate experience with using Windows OS

-1yr beginner experience using Powershell  

-3yrs intermediate experience with Visual Studio/C#/VB

-1yr beginner experience with Non-Relational (So-SQL) DBs

Frameworks/SDLs/Methodologies

-Beginner with Event Sourcing Pattern, Event Store

-Intermediate with ETL Processing, Repository Pattern, Factory Pattern, Unit Testing

-Intermediate with .Net Framework, WCF, C# 

Misc. Applications

-Beginner with MQ Series.

Skills Required

  • 3 years advanced experience with SSIS/BIDS
