The Team:
The Engineering Workbench team builds and evolves a flagship Accuris product used globally by engineering professionals. The team focuses on delivering robust, scalable, and secure cloud-based solutions in AWS, supported by strong software quality practices across manual testing, automation, defect management, and CI/CD validation.
You will collaborate closely with software developers, QA specialists, Product Owners, IT partners, and engineering stakeholders. The team values ownership, practical test automation, clear communication, continuous improvement, and proactive collaboration across disciplines.
The Impact:
As a Senior SQA Engineer, you will design software testing plans, create and execute manual and automated tests, and help ensure the quality of web applications and services throughout the full product lifecycle, including Production.
You will guide the team on when and how to automate effectively, influence testability during design and development phases, coordinate defect management, and provide clear test results, regression feedback, and quality insights to development teams.
Responsibilities:
- Design software testing plans and create and execute both manual and automated tests using test automation tools including, but not limited to Selenium and Playwright.
- Understand the concepts behind automation, know when automation is appropriate , and guide the team on how to create the right tests.
- Coordinate team members to solve issues assigned to the team and support timely resolution of quality risks.
- Monitor Production quality and coordinate resolution of issues assigned to teams.
- Ensure compliance of team testing activities with project rules, quality standards, and agreed processes.
- Participate in functional testing during CI/CD processes and support reliable product releases.
- Organize and monitor defect management processes within teams.
- Influence the inclusion of testability during design, grooming, and development phases.
- Test the product in all phases of its lifecycle, including Production.
- Interface with developers in the project by providing clear test results and identifying regression areas.
What We're Looking For:
Key qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science , a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of automation engineering experience with Selenium WebDriver and/or Playwright using C#/.NET and xUnit frameworks.
- Experience testing web applications built with .NET Core, microservices, and AngularJS, including cross-browser and cross-device validation using automated tools.
- Solid knowledge of databases, including the ability to write CRUD operations, work with JOINs, and validate data-driven application behavior.
Key soft skills:
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to coordinate testing activities, defect management, and issue resolution across development teams.
- Clear, structured communication with developers, including the ability to provide test results, regression areas, and actionable defect information.
- Proactive approach to quality, testability, production monitoring, and continuous improvement throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Good spoken and written English.
Required Knowledge / Technologies:
- Selenium WebDriver, Playwright, C#/.NET, xUnit frameworks, manual testing, automated testing, functional testing, and test case/script design and execution.
- Testing of web applications in .NET Core, microservices, AngularJS, client-server application architecture, RESTful APIs, and CI/CD processes.
- Databases and SQL, including CRUD operations, JOINs, data validation, and practical understanding of application data flows.
- Docker containerization basics, AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, RDS, or similar, and development tools such as Visual Studio, VS Code, or Rider.
- Agile software development, Azure DevOps / ADOPS bug tracking, defect management, and exposure to performance and load testing tools such as CloudTest, Cloud Testing using ADOPS, or K6 are considered a plus.

Budget:
PLN 20,000-24,000 gross per month, with flexibility depending on seniority and experience, plus 5% bonus.
Compensation/Benefits Information
Accuris states that the anticipated base salary / budget for this position is PLN 20,000-24,000 gross per month, with flexibility depending on seniority and experience. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. Skills Required
