Role: Senior Specialist – Search Performance Business Analyst
Location: Remote US
Job Type: Contract

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate on search performance data assessments to drive AI feature adoption, expansion, and renewals.
- Analyze 1st & 3rd party analytics, A/B test data, and tie performance insights to business outcomes (CTR, CVR, AOV, CLV).
- Deliver ROI analyses and advise customers on optimizing AI Search platform configurations.
- Develop thought leadership and contribute to cross-functional collaboration efforts.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years' experience as a Data/Business Analyst in ecommerce.
- 5+ years' collaboration across sales, customer success, and product teams.
- 2+ years' expertise in search relevance/ranking optimization.
- Web analytics & A/B testing experience preferred.
