We are looking for an energetic and innovative engineering professional to join our Sales & Partnership Branch. Reporting to the supervisor, the appointee will be responsible for the following duties:
- Execute sales action programs to achieve targeted sales. Organize and coordinate customer meetings, prepare quotations, review commercial proposals and close the deals
- Evaluate sales performance and cost effectiveness. Conduct regular review for project proposal and performance and identify areas for improvement. Maintain and upkeep operational process, procedures and standards for sales and promotion activities
- Proactively identify, evaluate, and source new or alternative Smart Solutions from the market to enhance or expand the existing product offering.
- Lead and coordinate proof‑of‑concept (POC), system integration, and performance testing to assess technical viability, scalability, and operational suitability.
- Prepare structured evaluation, validation, and recommendation materials to support product and solution decisions.
- Meet customers and carry out site visits. Identify business opportunities and grow business revenue.
- Work closely with CLP Innovation, vendors and 3rd parties to sharpen products and services in creating value to customers
- Formulate go-to-market sales strategy to acquire more market share. Perform and monitor a healthy and sufficient business pipeline. Prepare budget & forecast to achieve sales target and increase profitability
- Ensure order fulfilment and review post sales services. Provide constructive advices to project team and others for continuous improvement
- Design and prepare sales and marketing materials and complete sales administration work to pitch customers effectively. Motivate and drive external/internal stakeholders and other departments for relevant marketing event promotion

Monitor and report marketing intelligent and up-to-date technologies. Manage customer’s expectation and handle customer’s enquiries professionally
Requirements:
- A recognized University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering or relevant discipline with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales and marketing
- Experience in energy business is an added advantage
- Solid experience / Knowledge in new smart solutions / products, energy management practices and concepts
- Good track records in establishing and sustaining relationships with key stakeholders. Ability to identify potential customers and assess market potential
- Solid experiences / knowledge in new solutions / products evaluation and conducting return-on-investment analysis (both direct & in-direct benefits)
- Understand energy saving funding scheme in the market would be added advantage
- Experiences in formulating and implementing marketing plan would be added advantage
Skills Required
