Sky Italia is seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialist to join our Legal Corporate & Contract Support team. This role is crucial in ensuring that all corporate legal matters and contracts are managed efficiently and align with the company's objectives. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in corporate law and contract management, demonstrating exceptional analytical and negotiation skills.
What you’ll do:
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts: Ensure all agreements meet legal requirements and company standards.
- Corporate legal support: Provide expert legal advice on corporate matters, including mergers, acquisitions, and compliance.
- Monitor contract performance: Oversee the execution of contracts, ensuring all parties comply with agreed terms and addressing any issues that arise.
- Risk management: Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with corporate activities and contracts.
- Stakeholder collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to define contract requirements and resolve disputes.
- Legal research and documentation: Conduct legal research and prepare documentation to support corporate activities and contract negotiations.
- Training and guidance: Provide training and guidance on contract processes and best practices to internal stakeholders.
What you’ll bring:
- Extensive experience in corporate law and contract management: Proven track record in managing complex legal and contractual matters.
