Position Summary:

The Senior Specialist II, QA Systems & Training will be responsible for supporting the senior QA Manager in completing site systems and training objectives and goals. An LMS super user who will oversee the day to day operations of the LMS, monitoring, auditing and reporting compliance to the program. Provide assistance in the identification and development of training content, acting as the primary contact for customers to identify, develop, plan, implement and project manage system improvements. You will create, assign, and maintain curricula at the site level.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for day to day operations of the LMS
  • Partner with Functional Areas to conduct monitoring of training compliance status, effectiveness checks and trend results
  • Provide support in development of training materials and knowledge assessments for area processes
  • Support Regulatory Inspections and internal audits
  • Provide metrics related to performance
  • Deliver site GDP and other trainings on a routine basis
  • Lead annual reviews and support cross functional areas for alignment

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Expert Proficiency with Veeva LMS and eDMS
  • Significant experience in pharmaceutical or GMP environment
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (EQ/IQ)

Preferred Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in life sciences (Biology /Chemistry)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft products
  • Operational Excellence/Lean Six Sigma

Our target base pay hiring range for this position is $100,000.00 - $137,500.00 per year. Actual base pay is dependent upon a number of factors, including but not limited to, the candidate’s geographical location, relevant experience, qualifications, skills and knowledge.
