Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Specialist I, HR Recruiting to lead our recruitment efforts and enhance our talent acquisition strategy. This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, developing effective sourcing strategies, and partnering with hiring managers to meet the organization's staffing needs. The Senior Specialist I will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top talent to support our growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates for various roles across the organization. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.
Talent Acquisition: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection. Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, and networking to identify and engage potential candidates.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely communication, feedback, and support to candidates, and maintain a professional and welcoming environment.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and departmental goals. Provide guidance and support on recruitment best practices and strategies.
Interviewing and Selection: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit. Facilitate the decision-making process and make recommendations for hiring based on assessment results.
Recruitment Metrics: Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality. Use data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and processes.
Employer Branding: Enhance the company’s employer brand by promoting our values, culture, and career opportunities. Develop and implement strategies to attract top talent and build a strong talent pipeline.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process. Prepare and present recruitment reports and analytics to HR leadership and other stakeholders.
Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates and industry professionals. Develop and implement talent pipeline strategies to ensure a steady flow of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a proven track record of successfully filling diverse roles in a corporate environment. Experience in the renewable energy or manufacturing sector is an advantage.
Skills: Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and interviewing techniques. Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment software, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and HR colleagues.
Analytical Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions and improvements.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in managing recruitment activities, candidate information, and compliance requirements.
