The role of Sr Specialist Group Performance is responsible for supporting the development, implementation, and monitoring of the group’s performance management framework. This role assists in aligning performance metrics across Strategic Business Units (SBUs) to the group's performance management for corporate scorecards and provides project controls practices for group’s capital portfolio. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure that performance metrics are aligned with both the group’s overall objectives and industry benchmarks and help develop proactive monitoring mechanisms to ensure accountability.
ResponsibilitiesAssist in the design and implementation of performance dashboards, ensuring that KPIs and balanced scorecards are effectively communicated to senior leadership and business units.
Gather and consolidate performance data from across the group, ensuring that metrics are consistent, timely, and aligned with corporate objectives.
Analyze operational and financial performance data, identifying areas for improvement and providing actionable insights to senior management.
Support the development of performance objectives, KPIs, and benchmarks in collaboration with SBUs to ensure alignment with the group’s strategic goals.
Contribute to the periodic performance review process, generating detailed reports and data visualizations that help senior management make informed decisions.
Collaborate with project managers and business units to ensure consistent tracking and reporting of performance across all projects and programs.
Bachelor’s degree in related field, Master’s degree is desired.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a performance management, project controls, or expert analysis role.
- Advanced knowledge of performance management theory, performance management frameworks, project controls and performance measurement tools.
- Proficiency in data visualization platforms.
Strong analytical abilities to evaluate and integrate complex data sets.
- Ability to see the big picture, with a long-term vision for optimizing the group’s performance and aligning it with long term targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively cooperate with all stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment is of utmost importance and is a team player at heart.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work under tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
