Senior Specialist Digital Marketing
Analog Devices’ High Performance Power (HPP) group is seeking a Digital Marketing Engineer to drive growth and visibility for our industry-leading power product portfolio. HPP delivers high-performance power supply solutions across a wide range of functions, architectures, and end markets, along with targeted power management tools that support design and implementation. Further, HPP represents ADI’s entire power franchise in marketing activity.
We’re seeking a self-motivated professional with a strong technical background in power products and applications, marketing knowledge and experience, proven ability to drive projects to completion, and creativity in content marketing. You will lead partner development initiatives — strengthening third-party relationships, generating new leads, expanding collaboration opportunities, and supporting joint promotions, such as tradeshows and seminars, to showcase and extend partnerships. This is a results-driven role where you’ll shape how our products are presented to customers and the broader engineering community.
What You’ll Do
- Create technical marketing content: articles, videos, webinars, selection guides, e-books, webinars, application notes, design solutions and more.
- Highlight products, complete power solutions and power management tools in content that’s accurate, useful, and easy to understand.
- Maintain and grow partner promotion initiatives, strengthening our third-party distributor relationships and expanding our collaboration opportunities
- Drive trade show activities & strategies planning and coordinating demonstrations and people to boost ADI visibility and deliver strong customer engagement and leads.
- Collaborate with product teams, marketing, sales, and others to support product launches and campaigns.
- Use marketing analytics to track performance and improve future content.
- Review and improve content from other contributors to ensure clarity and consistency.
- Work with global sales and distribution partners to extend reach and impact.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
- 3+ years of experience in power electronics or semiconductor marketing.
- Strong writing and communication skills with ability to deliver high-quality content and manage multiple projects.
- Tradeshow (or similar) planning expertise including managing multiple deliverables, logistical planning, multi-tasking, and proactive communication skills.
- Distribution partner development, or other experience building third-party relationships for lead generation and new growth opportunities.

Shift Type: 1st Shift/DaysThe expected wage range for a new hire into this position is $110,385 to $151,808.
Actual wage offered may vary depending on work location, experience, education, training, external market data, internal pay equity, or other bona fide factors.
This position qualifies for a discretionary performance-based bonus which is based on personal and company factors.
