We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sourcer to support our SG&A recruiting team. In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent to support our fast-paced, innovative environment. You will partner closely with fellow sourcers and recruiters to build pipelines for critical roles and help drive our company’s continued growth and success.
This role is open to 6 month contract. Location(s): Costa Mesa CA, Seattle WA, Boston MA.
- Talent Identification: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms to uncover passive and active candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging and personalized communication.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for various roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals.
- Process Improvement: Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows.
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years in sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for SG&A roles.
- SG&A Acumen: Experience supporting finance, people (HR), legal, policy, communications, and other G&A roles & engaging top tier talent
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
- Analytical Mindset: Proficient in using data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness and make informed decisions.
- Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
- Collaborative Spirit: Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
- Startup, Tech, and Industry Expertise: Proven experience in startups, tech, or related fields such as AAV, UAS, AUV, Weapons, or similar programs.
- Tooling Experience: Expertise using Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Independent & Proactive: Highly self-sufficient with the ability to work autonomously and take initiative without requiring constant supervision.
- Resilient & Creative Problem Solver: Demonstrates flexibility in tackling challenges, quickly troubleshooting issues, and devising innovative solutions on the fly.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
