The Solutions Engineering team at Digital Turbine is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer who possesses a blend of technical and consulting expertise, along with a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and commitment to delivering high-quality standards.
Please note that Digital Turbine is a hybrid work environment-only candidates local to the specified office location(s) will be considered.
Responsibilities Include:
- Demonstrate all of Digital Turbine's products and solutions to internal and external clients as the designated expert
- Investigate and troubleshoot tech-related issues raised up by both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Gather customer needs and collaborate closely with the product and R&D teams to lay out the product roadmap
- Regular interaction between the business and other
- Solutions engineering teams spread throughout all of DT's offices in the world
- Periodic travel to assist our business team by providing extensive product knowledge and responses to technical inquiries throughout sales presentations and subsequent meetings
Requirements:
- A minimum of four years of experience in software development, sales engineering, tech support, professional services, or a related field
- Experience in software development (Java, Scala, Objective-C, HTML, XML, JavaScript)
- Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, etc.), web debugging tools (Charles/Chrome DevTools), and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
- Proven capacity to comprehend business problems and implement creative solutions
- Strong client-facing business acumen as well as outstanding communication abilities
- Strong self-motivation, initiative, and a "can do" attitude are necessary
- Organizational and detail-oriented abilities
- Experience in developing mobile applications on iOS/Android/Unity
- Preferably previous experience in ad tech/in-app and/or mobile games
- Deep understanding of mobile ad technologies and advertising landscape
- Run analysis on large data sets to identify underlying product issues
