The Solutions Engineering team at Digital Turbine is looking for a Senior Solutions Engineer who possesses a blend of technical and consulting expertise, along with a strong sense of responsibility, flexibility, and commitment to delivering high-quality standards.




Required Skills of the Senior Solutions Engineer:

Responsibilities Include:

  • Demonstrate all of Digital Turbine's products and solutions to internal and external clients as the designated expert
  • Investigate and troubleshoot tech-related issues raised up by both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Gather customer needs and collaborate closely with the product and R&D teams to lay out the product roadmap
  • Regular interaction between the business and other Solutions engineering teams spread throughout all of DT's offices in the world
  • Periodic travel to assist our business team by providing extensive product knowledge and responses to technical inquiries throughout sales presentations and subsequent meetings

Requirements:

  • A minimum of four years of experience in software development, sales engineering, tech support, professional services, or a related fieldExperience in software development (Java, Scala, Objective-C, HTML, XML, JavaScript)
  • Knowledge of database management systems (MySQL, etc.), web debugging tools (Charles/Chrome DevTools), and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.)
  • Proven capacity to comprehend business problems and implement creative solutions
  • Strong client-facing business acumen as well as outstanding communication abilitiesStrong self-motivation, initiative, and a "can do" attitude are necessary
  • Organizational and detail-oriented abilities
  • Experience in developing mobile applications on iOS/Android/Unity
  • Preferably previous experience in ad tech/in-app and/or mobile games
  • Deep understanding of mobile ad technologies and advertising landscape
  • Run analysis on large data sets to identify underlying product issues
