About Pliant

ABOUT THE ROLE

As a (Senior) Sales Enablement Manager at Pliant, you operate at the intersection of Sales, Product, Compliance, Operations, and Engineering to drive commercial effectiveness and revenue growth. You enable our commercial teams through sales enablement programs, training, content, and process improvements that remove friction from the sales cycle.

In addition, you support customer-facing education by helping prospects and clients understand, evaluate, and adopt Pliant’s product.

This is a high-impact hybrid role for someone who enjoys both client interaction and internal sales enablement. You will report directly to our VP of Growth.


This role is based in Berlin, Germany, with a hybrid working model.


WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. Pipeline Progression & Deal Support

  • Partner with Sales Managers and Account Executives to identify and resolve blockers in active deals.
  • Support complex B2B sales cycles by coordinating with Product, Solutions Engineering, Compliance, and Operations.
  • Track internal deal-related requests and follow-ups to ensure fast and transparent resolution.
  • Support deal approvals, onboarding questions, edge cases, and system configurations.

2. Data-Driven Sales Enablement & Insights

  • Analyze CRM data and operational metrics to identify bottlenecks impacting conversion and deal velocity.
  • Build sales playbooks, templates, evaluation guides, and enablement frameworks.
  • Recommend improvements to commercial processes, tools, and workflows to increase efficiency and scalability.

3. Knowledge Sharing, Training & Best Practices

  • Create and maintain enablement documentation covering use cases, integrations, compliance requirements, and technical constraints.
  • Deliver sales training on product knowledge, technical concepts, and effective positioning.
  • Ensure consistent communication of best practices across Sales, Partnerships, Customer Success, and Operations.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales (Enablement), Revenue Operations, Consulting, Sales Engineering, or a similar commercial or go-to-market role.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or fintech environments, ideally within a Series A-C startup, is a strong plus.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain product concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong sales & analytical skills and experience using data and CRM systems to identify process gaps and enablement opportunities.
  • Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Engineering, Compliance, or Operations.
  • Ability to work autonomously and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
  • Fluency in English is required. German is a plus as well as additional European languages.
