Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Senior Solutions Architect (Palantir – Foundry) to join our team! The Air Force Mission Assurance (MA) Construct Support Team requires highly specialized technical, analytical, and investigative support services.  In this role you will execute project management, process mapping/development and solution design.  You will provide data platform enablement and analytical support to ensure that MA business process workflows are scalable, maintainable, and decision-relevant.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Capability development, integration with DoD MA systems and Dept of AF Data Fabric systems to ensure USAF MA Enterprise data system of record capabilities are maintained.

  • Apply architect designs software solutions to address complex business challenges

  • Work with the requirement business owners to understand needs and translate requirements into technical specifications and deliverables.

  • Provide ongoing system maintenance, enhancement, and performance optimizations

  • Analytical Support to Mission Assurance Activities

  • Enterprise Platform Coordination and Advocacy Support

  • Data Architecture Review, Evolution, Stewardship, and Process Support

  • Workflow Data Platform Enablement, Sustainment, and Automation

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance

  • 10+ years of related experience and a Bachelors Degree or equivalent work experience

  • Advanced use of Government-directed enterprise data platforms to develop, maintain, and scale analytical workflows, data pipelines, and decision-support products in support of Mission Assurance execution.

  • Power-user proficiency in enterprise data platforms, including experience developing and maintaining complex analytical workflows, models, and automation within Palantir Foundry, Palantir AIP, or comparable enterprise data environments.

  • Data architecture and analytical solution design to support MA mission analysis, assessment support, risk management, monitoring, and governance workflows.

  • Artificial intelligence and advanced analytics, including design, development, evaluation, and application of AI- and ML-based analytical methods to support MA use cases.

  • Translation of analytical and AI-driven insights into decision-relevant products for senior leaders and MA stakeholders.

  • Data governance, stewardship, documentation, and sustainment of analytical workflows.

  • Architectural software solutions design experience

  • Foundry Solution Architect certification required

Salary Range: $125,100.00 - $225,200.00
