The Opportunity

As a Solutions Architect, you will be the trusted technical advisor for our customers, designing and implementing innovative solutions that leverage the full power of the Quvia platform. This is a highly visible role where you will build strong relationships with clients, understand their unique operational needs, and architect solutions that drive their business forward.

What You'll Do

• Become a Trusted Advisor: Build deep, trust-based relationships with our customers by understanding their business goals and operational workflows.
• Architect Innovative Solutions: Lead the design and integration of the Quvia platform into customer environments, ensuring our solutions are both technically sound and aligned with their business objectives.
• Drive Pre-Sales Success: Showcase the power of Quvia through compelling technical workshops, whitepapers, demos, and proof-of-concept projects that solve real-world problems.
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work in close partnership with our Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to translate customer needs into successful deployments and long-term value.
  
• Be a Voice for Quvia: Represent Quvia as a thought leader at industry conferences and events through speaking engagements and published content.
  

What You'll Bring

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as Solutions Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or Sales Engineering.
• Technical Depth:
  • Strong understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, firewalls), cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and edge computing.
  • Expertise in NAS/SAN concepts and protocols (NFS, SMB).
  • Proficiency in Linux (RedHat/CentOS, Ubuntu) and Windows Server administration, including file system permissions and mount points.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Communication Skills: An exceptional ability to explain complex technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Collaborative Mindset: A proactive and collaborative approach to creative problem-solving.
• SaaS Savvy: Previous experience with enterprise SaaS, cloud, analytics, or data platform solutions is a strong plus.
