We invite a talented Solutions Architect to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead the design and development of an innovative AI orchestration platform, turning a proof-of-concept into a robust AI-enabled workbench that automates and enhances the full product development lifecycle. You’ll use your expertise to shape the system architecture, integrate multiple AI tools, and ensure the platform is reliable, scalable, and delivers genuine value for internal teams.

✅ Is that you?
- 7+ years of Python experience for backend development and system integration
- Hands-on experience designing scalable software architectures for complex systems
- Experience with at least one major cloud provider, preferably Azure
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker)
- Experience integrating AI services for at least 6 month
- Experience integrating APIs, databases and developer tools into production environments
- Familiarity with PostgreSQL and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate)
- Basic familiarity with AI orchestration and multi-agent workflows
- Understanding of system compliance, reliability, and guardrails
- Ability to review and refine AI-generated code
- Effective communication and solution-oriented mindset with curiosity for modern AI technologies
Desirable:
- Familiarity with LLM frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Vertex AI SDK)
- Exposure to FastAPI or similar modern Python web frameworks
- Basic understanding of MLOps principles and workflows
🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you’ll lead the design and evolution of the AI orchestration platform, shaping its technical vision and ensuring reliable, high-quality delivery.
- Define and drive the overall technical vision, architecture, and design strategy for the AI orchestration platform
- Design scalable, maintainable systems and ensure seamless integration of AI tools, APIs, databases, and services
- Ensure high code quality through review, refactoring, and improving AI-generated code
- Contribute hands-on to backend development to evolve the proof-of-concept into a functional solution
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, ensuring system reliability, security, and performance
- Provide architectural leadership, documentation, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle
- Collaborate with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to align architecture with business goals
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to assess their potential impact and value
