We currently have a career opportunity for a Senior Solutions Architect with an Agentic AI focus to support our Cloud Modernization - AWS Service Line
Job Overview:
Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of agentic AI solutions on AWS, including autonomous agents, multi agent systems, tool using workflows, and human in the loop decision frameworks.
- Help define and execute the AWS go to market strategy for Agentic AI, including solution narratives, reference architectures, packaged offerings, and repeatable accelerators.
- Partner closely with Sales, Delivery and AWS teams to support strategic customer engagements, influence deal strategy, and drive pipeline through technical credibility.
- Act as a technical authority and trusted advisor in customer conversations, engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders to shape AI strategy, architecture decisions, and execution roadmaps.
- Design end to end, production grade architectures using AWS services such as Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker, Lambda, Step Functions, EventBridge, EKS/ECS, and modern data platforms.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear, measurable business value, including improvements in speed, accuracy, automation, cost efficiency, and operational resilience.
- Establish best practices, reference implementations, and architectural patterns for secure, scalable, and governed agentic AI systems.
- Ensure AI solutions meet enterprise requirements for security, compliance, observability, explainability, and auditability, embedding governance directly into agent workflows.
- Enable internal teams through architecture playbooks, demos, technical enablement sessions, and field-facing guidance.
- Stay current on emerging agentic AI patterns, AWS capabilities, and ecosystem tools, incorporating innovation into GTM and solution design.
- 10+ years of experience in solutions architecture, platform engineering, or large-scale distributed system design.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience designing and deploying solutions on AWS in production environments.
- Strong experience building AI/ML systems, including LLM-based architectures, workflow orchestration, and event-driven systems.
- Demonstrated expertise in agentic AI concepts, such as autonomous agents, multi-agent coordination, tool invocation, and decision orchestration.
- Proven ability to operate in customer-facing, pre-sales, or advisory roles, translating technical depth into business impact
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence both technical and executive audiences.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, SageMaker, or equivalent AI platforms.
- Experience defining solution offerings, GTM motions, or industry accelerators.
- AWS Certifications (Solutions Architect – Professional, ML Specialty, or equivalent).
- Background in modernizing legacy platforms or designing cloud-native AI platforms at scale.

The salary range for this position takes into consideration a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, level of experience, applicable office location, training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The new hire salary range displays the minimum and maximum salary targets for this position across all US locations, and the range has not been adjusted for any specific state differentials. A reasonable estimate of the current salary range for this position is $92,118 to $202,730.
