Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Consultant (M/F) to promote our solutions to customers.

You will be responsible for the following tasks :

  • Mastering the Service Manager solution
  • Expanding your knowledge of new solutions
  • Providing recommendations and identifying areas for improvement for the client
  • Participate in the development and optimization phases of our solutions within client contexts
  • Be proactive and challenge constructively
  • Identify risks related to the customers
  • Independently lead working meetings with the client
  • Be responsible for your functional scope
  • Deliver services that meet client acceptance criteria and management requirements
  • Ensure the project methodology is properly documented and applied
  • Manage the scope of your assignment and adapt it as needed

Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience as a Consultant on Easyvista Service Manager
  • Knowledge of other solutions in the Easyvista Portfolio
  • Fluent language skills in French and English, written and verbally
  • Located in France, preferably Paris area
  • ITIL certification
  • Strong technical skills
  • Customer service orientation / Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to listen, analyze, and synthesize information
  • Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills, and the ability to challenge assumptions
  • Autonomous and organizational skills

Skills Required
